Smokers Lungs and smokers' lung

How to quit smoking cigarettes

I have been a smoker for many years now, and the idea of quitting seemed insurmountable before I learned about e-cigarettes.  After seeing lots of gruesome pictures of lung cancer though, I decided I didn’t want to end up like that.  I just wasn’t satisfied with those nicotine patches either, which are supposed to help you quit.  It isn’t just the nicotine – it’s the sensation of smoking I’d miss.

E-cigarettes are electronic devices which simulate the experience of smoking, complete with a cloud of vapor that tastes and smells like tobacco and assorted flavors.  Some liquids contain nicotine, others don’t.  They’re available in a variety of flavors.

I was checking out eSmoke’s website and saw they had several tiers of starter kits available.  They all looked reasonably priced, so I went for the middle one.  For $74.95 it included 1 lithium battery, 5 tobacco flavored cartridges (each is equivalent to more than a pack of cigarettes), 1 USB charger, 1 wall charger, a manual and a membership card to eSmoke.

After I figured out the gadgets (not that complicated), I was ready to try the eSmoke.  I found that it produced a lot of flavorful, aromatic vapor.  The draw was nice and I like the natural look of the cigarette.  I can smoke this anywhere and not feel odd about it.  Plus the appearance helps to convince even me.

There are a lot of flavors you can get including Summer Strawberry, Vanilla and Chocolate.  You can also choose from a whole range of nicotine strengths from 0 mg to 24 mg.  This is great for me because I can wean myself gradually off the nicotine at a pace which suites me.

The product also comes with a 30 day warranty – which I didn’t need, since everything worked great with no hassles.  The eSmoke Basic Starter Kit is an excellent product, and the kit was a very good deal.  I still haven’t used up all my cartridges yet! I highly recommend you to check it out!
